You normally have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason.
How to return something
- Start your return/withdrawal online.
- Select the order and product(s).
- Follow the return instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days.
What about opened products?
You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. Certain sealed products may not be returnable once opened for health or hygiene reasons. We’ll tell you if this applies to a product before you purchase it.
When will I get my money back?
We’ll refund you in accordance with the applicable statutory rules after withdrawal and return.
